  • How much do you charge?

    There is no cost to you, the client.  I get paid directly by the carrier to help you.

  • What are your office hours?

    My main hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.  However I can help clients after 5 pm and on the weekends by appointment. Please ask.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    A photo ID, your current insurance card or your Medicare card (red, white, and blue card), a list of doctors and prescriptions, the form of payment you want to pay the insurance company with (debit card, credit card, banking routing and account #), the list of questions you have, and your social security number.

  • I am looking for an inexpensive insurance plan?

    There is a plan for every budget and I will help you find that plan specifically for you.

  • What types of insurance do you help clients with?

    Medicare, individual health insurance, dental, vision, life, accidental, cancer coverage, disability, and more supplemental plans.

  • Do you offer customer service after you enroll a client?

    Yes, I am here year-round to answer your questions and provide assistance. I have carrier representatives that I can reach out for assistance, when needed.

  • How do I find affordable, quality health insurance?

    I will meet with you and complete a full needs assessment.  This assessment will provide me with the information I need to research the best plan for you.  I will then educate you every step of the way, from enrolling to understanding your coverage.

  • Why should I work with you when there are online options or numerous people calling me to offer to sell me insurance?

    I offer that personal touch and attention. I am known for thinking outside of the box and my superior customer service.  I complete over 40 hours of annual training to stay educated on the various insurance companies and plans available.
